Rod Bond Removal.......


Hey Guys....
                 I just discoved a streak of dried RodBond on the rodblank I am wrapping...I have tried alcohol...acetone...( a hammer biggrin!!)....
                I tried my fingernails...disbelief to no avail !!!

                Got any suggestions ?????..confuse

ML, try heating it with a blow dryer, and then use a credit card to scrape it off. This works most of the time... remember to use gentle heat - you don't want to damage the blank. Let us know if it works.

          Thanks for the input Kevin...but I don't have a blow dryer..no....
          Good idea on using a credit card...surely don't want to damage this blank...

O K Guys.....here is what I did !!......I ran some water through my coffee maker and wet a rag with hot water...held it on the Rodbond and used my AAA card and Shazammm....and the RodBond came off with a gentle rubbing !!...

I did'nt want to use my credit card because of the high interest rate...biggrinbiggrinbiggrin
