I'm looking for a friend of my Best friend who passed away...  Mike bain phillips passed on Aug 22 2011.  He was an avid rod builder and fisherman.  He had a good friend named Mark I do not know his last name only that he was a truck driver and he was also an avid fisherman.  I have a Rod from Mikes collection for him and I'm trying to locate him to pass it on.  Mike fished the Texas City dyke if anyone knows Mark or knows Mike I would like to hear from you...
