I big thank you to Grady and Allen. They worked the booth at the fishing show today. I went to Brooks Army Medical Center and help the Good Old Boys Hunting club feed about 600 soldiers and their families. I met some wonderful pe4ople that are doing the same thing that we are and say thanks to the troops. They served brisket, sausage, beans, potato salad, cake, and ice cream and of course there was pickles, onions, jalapenos, bread and sodas. We tried our best to stuff everyone as full as possible. I am going to do it again next year and I hope all of you will join me. It is one of the most rewarding things you will ever do. I am going to put out as much info as I can on different events and you all need to come anf help me support some of these. You will go home tired and as happy as you can be. Let's all have a great 2011 and support our troops. Pat
Pat, I donated some Fuji painted reel seats, and titanium SiC guides to the RFS Program last Fall. Randy (Zombie) used one set to make an incredible pink theme spinning rod. I was wondering if you received the rod that I kitted up for Steve (Rooster)? Thank you. I look forward to supporting the program again this year.
The rods that they are building will be presented to soldiers at the Washington Tuna Classic in August so they are going to keep them out there. I have 6 or 8 more that I will be shipping out there also. I really appreciate all that you have done for us. If you have a company logo send it to me so that I can add it to our sponsor board. I'll put you right beside old snaggle tooth. Pat
Greg, I wanted to thank you for all the support you have done for the program. Most people don't know or realize how much HIGH END components you have ponied up on your own to builders! My kudos to you for bringing the level up in the program!
