Here is a jigging rod that I finished for my brother. It has a St. Johns Cross wrap using metallic colors in red, silver, and blue. 

This is the first closed wrap that I have tried. There were several times while doing the wrap that I thought about cutting it off and starting over. Sure glad I did not do it. It came out better than I ever thought while wrapping it.  All I can say is thank goodness for the HT Braid thread that I had because in the end it saved the wrap.
