Hi gents and ladies;
Dr's have discovered a blockage or aneurysm in the artery that sends blood to the legs. I will find out today weather they will use a stint or open me up and repair it. if am real lucky they can fix it with medication. Thought i would let you know as i feel like you folks are my friends.

Thank you for letting us know Paul.....thst is certainly troubling and a tough thing for anyone to go through. Our prayers will be with  you!
We are all starting to get up there in age and we will all be setting in the boat you are in now (may be a different boat, but "a" boat just the same). It is a time like this when we can hopefully offer the best support. Please keep us posted!

Paul, dont take this wrong but "been there done that", try and get it taken care of either with a stint or the best way is with the meds.

stints dont last that long ( its a foreign body in your body )even the newer type's (mine failed after 6 mo's) .

and try any way you can to avoid having them cut on you and replacing the vein as they did me, they cut through the muscle in my groin , knee and down to the calf and now i have problems walking even though its been 7 years ago and the first go around it blew out and had to be redone.

i am not telling you to scare you i just thing you need to be aware of it (no one told me about these things prior and wish they had).

This is a good one. My surgeon decided to take a week off. He has the results of the tests and he has not looked at them. So it's not bad or he doesn't care. Kinda Pi* me off. It's hard to wait when you want to get over with and go on with life.
