I was asked if I could build a "decent" 6 1/2 foot crappie rod for between $35--$45.00...$50.00 would be top price...a glass rod , with good action.....and a "good quality rod" !!.....

Oh Yes....If he likes the rod I build he may order a number of them....confuse


I am ready to tell this guy...NO !!!!.....But....HELL NO !!!!..furious

Sounds like a typical tackle shop owner to me !!..

Let me know what you guys think !!....

what?, you mean you can't build 20 rods for 25 each, dang i thought you could do almost any thing.

tell him you can do it for the max price of 50.00 and when will he bring all of the components needed to build the rod?

I couldn't even do a crappy rod for $50. So MLV, did you refer him to Kyle? Ha! You DID handle it right!!
