I AM TECHANICALLY CHALLENGED.....My alps 1300 quit working. I cant seem to get it to do anything but print a test sheet. Randy Putter has agreed to look at it. (What a friend I have never met). I have XP and now I can't get the printing page to come up for alps....Thought I would try to get it going before it's trip to the Dakotas. I may take a hammer to it....MIGHT HELP....THANKS GUYS AND GALS
I supposed Randy already asked this, but did anything change on your computer that might have messed up the driver? Happened to my MD1000 a couple years back and had me pulling my hair out.
If you and Randy can't get it working, I'll make the first bid on your ribbons...
