I donated several hundred dollars in custom JDM parts for RFS rods, and it has come to my attention that some of the parts have gone missing, or, God forbid, that the rods could not be built in the half a year that they have been in the builders possession.
Thanks for the post Greg. We are aware of the fella that took the parts and hasn't produced a rod yet. They are trying to either get the parts back, restituion, or a completed rod. That is really generous of you to offer up those outstanding parts again...really high-end stuff Greg and that is awesome of you to do that! Thanks!
Capt G. We really appreciate your generosity. I hope you will continue to support the RFS program. Perhaps in the future you could send the parts to me and I will distribute them and be responsible to track them. Believe me the person that has stolen the parts you donated will never receive anything from me. I only have one other person that is late returning the finished product and it turns out he broke his hand. 99.9% of rodbuilders are honest patriotic people so far I have only found 3 that I will not deal with again. Noted! Thank you for for your detailed explanation. It think that MORE than 99.99 percent of rod builders are good, honest people--but it only takes a few bad apples to spoil a good thing. But, make no mistake about it, my little company will CONTINUE to support RFS!
