just happen to find this forum and i see that it has lots of great info.. i think its great on how theres so much info on rod building and how you guys break it down!!

my name is peter barrett i am a rod builder out of florida.. i build lots of rods of every type, but mostly do some big game rods for shark fishing..

i reconize lots of other names on here and to those guys who know me"hey there"..


well i just finished this rod for a local guy..its a 7ft black fin blank, large stuart rollers,and some pretty colors..
he will be using for fishing off the beach..

nothing fancey i try to keep plain, thats my style..

i know theres lots of shark fishermen in texas so maybe they will enjoy this..
