This is what I call an "X" in CKW.
Base is a regular three thread Size A base, well burnished.
I then coat with epoxy.
Then I wrapped on Electra Red Gudebrod in a simple "X" , and trimmed with one stand of size E Wine colored nylon (this is the part that almost looks like Trimar).
Coat with epoxy,
then I wrapped 130lb. mono to complete the wrap.
I first tried #70, then #95, then #110, and finally #130, which looked the best of the lot, so I went with it.

Somebody told me the "W" stands for "Sams", but I don't see how that could be possible?
