Operation Military Embrace

Jerry Reid of Operation Military Embrace has contacted me to see if we could provide some rods for them to present to injured soldiers on December 6th and 7th. They load up their big trucks with gifts and have a Christmas party for all of the wounded soldiers. Jerry asked if we had some military themed or patrotic themed rods we could donate. I have a couple and will build as many as I can between now and then. There is a couple of hundred dollars in the RFS fund. I will buy as much supplies as I can with that if I can get you guys to help me build some rods. JUst send me an e-mail or give me a call to let me know what you can do.
Thanks
Pat

PS: A couple of us can go along to help distribute gifts and take pictures. It would be nice if we could do a nice magazine layout for Rodcrafters or Rodmaker magazine.

I will bring my checkbook to the meeting on the 14th and we will pickout whatever we need to build a few. I mean the RFS checkbook. Terry G. I believe you can build a rod that would be plenty nice enough so I am going to hold your feet to the fire.
