mornin guyz, just joined the ranks and payed my dues.

i wont be building rods to sell, my plan is to build the wife and i a new rod each or two heheh.

i have just finished building my hand wrapper from some scrap i had laying around.

and just secured and old singer motor to make a power wrapper thinge now i just gota figure out how to fix it on and make it work.

so be ready for a whole bunch of questions when i get ready to start ..

It is great to have you aboard! Looks like your new station oughtta work...what are you using for a thread tensioner?
BTW...moost members don't sell their stuff...only build foor fun and friends so you fit right in!

you talking about my Doc Ski spool retention modification or my loading spring, the spring seems to work quite well.

well speaking of art work, as you know i just finished this one and a bit rusty, been spending to much time trying to catch these guys and not succeeding .no

i decided on that rod that (i badly mixed the coating) never dried i would strip not only the glue but also remove the eyes  and shave the bait caster finger hook off of it and make it into a spincast  setup.

nothing Fancie just yet, heheh

thanks Pat, yes i know what ya mean about giving fish away.

my next door neighbor lady cant eat red meat so when ever we get something "legal and worth keeping" we give it to her.

heck a 20 inch red will make 2 or 3 meals for her.

pictures in color , no not any more, cant handle the fumes (just have one lung) and with pen and ink i can draw in the house watchin tv, heheh.

now i can computer paint a picture but it would not be an original .

but thanks for asking.
