Katishia Cosly came out today and did a story for CH13's Hometown Live segment. It was about the rod we built and presented to Brad Thomas's father Rocky on July 11th.
Rocky was there along with his youngest son Corey and Brads Aunt Pam. Robert Thornsbury (Cajun bob) from Take a Soldier Fishing was also there.
Pat Helton did a great job in promoting TRB to the point that this happened and he did a great job on camera!

This is a great promotion for rod building and it SURE did sound good to hear the TEXAS ROD BUIDERS name on TV!

I'm with everyone else on this! I don't know what you were concerned about Pat..You did TRB proud, and your passion and sincerity for this project was very clear. Way to go,sir! ........I agree Terry, it was cool to  hear Texas Rodbuilders on Tv on only the #1 news station in the city and #4 in the nation.......Yeah.....Have you heard about the Texas Rodbuilders?........Jimbiggrin
