The first on is a clear water smallie, the 2nd one is a Golden Redhorse, and the 3rd is a Esox. Te Redhorse is the primary food source for the musky in the James River. The Esox is a baby Pike or pickeral. Form that pic you really can't see the detail. I was going on a do-it-yourself Musky trip to Va and form all the literature that I read these were the main foods.

The bug landed on me the night I photo'd the lure pics. I shot him with the super macro one handed. Luckily it came out!
The other is a better pic of the Esox.
And no, I don't paint all my lures. I usually paint for others.
