I thought you guys might like this..... about a month ago my dad my neighbor and I went out on East Matagorda and caught several slot reds and and a few drum and trout here and there..... But what made my day was catchin' this 40" red on a 7' med/light spinning  rod my dad made me that only had 10lb braid....

NOW THAT'S I GOOD WAY TO BREAK IN A NEW ROD.....  biggrin
