logo Pattern Test

This is O'l Snag. It's the fish used by Bullard International in their Co. logo. Many old timers should reconize it. The Co. owner gave me permission to make the pattern.

There is more to tell & show but not until after the ICRBE next month. A few of you threadheads have heard part of the story so keep it hush hush!

Kick Knack

OK, I ended up spilling the beans when Talking to Silvia so I don't have to wait to tell all.

I normally do test weaves on scrap blanks but I kinda got bored with that so I tried something completely new. The weave is actually a special knick knack that i will be giving to Silvia next week.
Did the project twice because the first one in white had a couple issues that I wanted to correct. Green seen thru the white background and reverse image needed to be better.
2nd one in the green wrap & white fish. If time permits I want to do another white one before I leave for High Point as Silvia likes the white background much better than the green.

What looks like green paint on the glass above the weave is just a funny reflection

Thanks Terry,

The epoxy finish should hold up quite well. (except for putting in a very hot dishwasher maybe) but if it does get scratched Silvia has gallons of finish and I'm sure she knows how to put on another coat.
