Copperhead Rod....

Here are some photos ( work in progress)of my first ever copperhead rod on a St.Croix Legend Elite blank....7 foot..M/H...Carolina Rig Rod.
It took me two years to build this rod..and also used two copperhead skins for the handle and foregrip...
This is one of the few rods I have built for myself !!...

          Paul....
No need to be afraid....the best skin to start with is the Western Diamondback Rattlesnake skin....it is the most forgiving....
Copperhead on the other hand is less forgiving..harder to work with..

         Terry....
Believe it or not....two of my clients had their " Diamondbacks" stolen....a total of eight rods..!!!..
They were later found in a fleamarket and were returned to the owners...
